At The Toot Ur Horn Shop, every order is created especially for you. Many of our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand production partners, allowing us to offer unique designs and a wide variety of products.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom, personalized, or specialty products may require additional production time.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments

Some products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment centers. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type
  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Promotional free shipping offers may be available on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not entered production.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with your local postal carrier.
  3. Check with neighbors or household members.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

International Customs and Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
